Description: 2001 Toyota Celica GT. 70,084 actual miles, Originally an Indiana clear title, but I had to apply for a Michigan clear title because the back of the title was filled up with no spots on it to reassign ownership to a new owner. 1.8L L4 F1 DOHC 16V 4 cylinder engine, automatic, air, tilt, cruise. Power steering, brakes, windows, locks, and mirrors. Rear wiper/defoger, alloy rims, fog lamps, am fm cd/cassette stereo, security system, loaded. This car was a trade in to me from a guy from Illinois. He purchased the car from an Indiana dealer. Somebody fixed this car and did not do a very good job of it as to why I am still listing this vehicle as a repairable. I will try to list this car as honestly and accurately as possible. First off most of the car if not all of it had been repainted. The paint is ok, and definately not perfect. It had been hit in the front and I can see where both lower main structure rails had been sectioned about 12 inches back from the end. This is well in front of the strut towers, so more or less is only cosmetic, and never got into the suspension. However they did not do the prettiest job, of repairs. The bottom middle portion of the front bumper is missing, along with both front fog lamp assemblies. The air conditioning condensor has some marks in it but may be ok, the air currently does not work but just may need a charge. The very bottom of the oil pan is dented (cosmetic damage). The coolant overflow jug has broken mounting tabs on it, but again serves its purpose. The front plastic inner fender wells are held into position with plastic tie straps. Both rear quarter panel wheel well lips have some mud in them. The left rear quarter wheel well has a 1 inch crack on the lip. Some of the pin striping has not been replaced. No striping on the right front fender and right rear quarter panel, and none on the left front fender. The color on the right door does not match the rest of the car being a shade off. Both right wheel center caps are missing, and all 4 rims look good but do have some light cosmetic liveable outer lip road rash issues with them. The interior is actually very clean, with just some cigarette burns in the lower cushion of the back seat on the right side. When I got the car it pulled to the right side when driving it. I went ahead and brought it to my mechanic and had a front wheel alighnment done to it. Everything lined up perfect, so now it runs down the road perfect straight, with a straight steering wheel. The car actually runs and drives great, with no leaks. So this is somebodys choice now to either drive it as is, or put some money into it and fix it up. Bottom line these cars with low mileage in good condition like this bring in excess of 9K. The guy I got it from paid 8.5K for it two weeks ago. Bottom line somebody is getting a low mileage sporty Toyota for basically half price. I have 44 additional pictures of this car that I can email somebody upon request.
